March 2 - Richard Mumford, head of aviation at UK law firm Stevens and Bolton, has been named new chairman of the Baltic Air Charter Association (BACA), with effect from March 17, 2016.
Mumford succeeds Tony Coe, who has served as chairman for three years. Volker Meissner will continue to serve as BACA deputy chairman.
