January 21 - In light of the stepping down of CT Offshore's ceo, Frank Hansen, the company is entering into the management structure of A2SEA.
The executive committee of A2SEA will now manage the company.
"There is a large synergy between CT Offshore and A2SEA and we are working closely together already. By coordinating our resources even more we can secure the optimal use of resources and the knowledge sharing between the two companies when working together on projects," said Jens Frederik Hansen, ceo of A2SEA.
