The Netherlands-based crane rental firm Schaften Cranes has signed a large deal with Germany-based trailer manufacturer Goldhofer and has appointed Harm van de Logt as its managing director.
The deal includes more than 200 axle lines of Goldhofer’s THP-SL heavy-duty trailers including an ADdrive module, bladelifter, goosenecks and turntables. The agreement was finalised at the bauma 2025 exhibition, which takes place this week in Munich, Germany. The first lines are expected to be ready by August 2025.
Just last week, Harm van de Logt was appointed as managing director of Schaften Cranes, effective immediately. Succeeding Martijn Tuijtel, van de Logt will focus on strengthening the company’s international presence.
