Mexico-based crane and transport company Gruas y Maniobras del Bajio has taken delivery of a 700-tonne capacity Liebherr LTM 1650-8.1 mobile crane.
The crane is the first of its type to be delivered in Mexico and becomes the largest crane in Gruas y Maniobras del Bajio’s fleet.
The company will use the machine for infrastructure and construction projects, as well as for work on wind farms. It therefore purchased the LTM 1650-8.1 with 54 and 80-m telescopic booms, Y-boom guying and the complete luffing jib.
