February 25 - Texas based oilfield service company FESCO has acquired two new ATF 180G-5 all terrain cranes from Tadano America.
The ATF 180G-5 has an overall lifting capacity of 200 tonnes and a maximum lift height of 98.7 m. Each crane also features cameras on the main and auxiliary winches and a user-friendly computer system, says Tadano America.
Kevin Franke, FESCO's crane manager, commented that price, reliability, and availability were big factors in the company's decision to acquire the cranes. "Tadano also has an excellent parts team. It is easy for FESCO to get parts here in Houston.
