USA-based Engineered Rigging has taken delivery of an Enerpac Super Boom Lift (SBL) 600 hydraulic gantry.
The 674-ton (611.5-tonne) capacity hydraulic gantry features a foldable, rectangular boom and three-stage telescopic hydraulic cylinder, which provides increased load capacity and lifting height, while being easy to transport and setup.
The system’s wireless Intelli-Lift controls provide automatic synchronous lifting and lowering, along with travel and side shift control. Built-in load holding valves, meanwhile, prevent drifting, and steel wheels optimise load distribution.
According to Mike Beres, vice president of Engineered Rigging, it is the first Enerpac SBL600 in the USA. In addition to that unit, the company sells models of Enerpac hydraulic gantries and has a rental fleet of select models, gantry skid tracks and a variety of gantry accessories.
