ECOL to align with BCACS crane operator licence, may 2020

Talks are under way with organisations in Germany, Ireland and Spain to establish mutual recognition agreements (MRA) between the national crane operator licensing authorities and ESTA’s European Crane Operators Licence (ECOL).
