German crane service provider Mikschl Autokrane has taken delivery of a Demag AC 100-4L all-terrain crane.
Boasting a lifting capacity of 100 tonnes, the crane also features the IC-1 Plus control system. This, according to crane operator Thomas Keckeis, makes it possible to use asymmetrical outrigger configurations together with the maximum available lifting capacity when working in confined spaces.
General manager Roland Mikschl also highlighted the crane’s manoeuvrability and compact design as key factors in his purchase decision. “These characteristics keep paying for themselves over and over again – especially when it comes to projects in and around Munich.”
The four-axle crane features a maximum system length of 81.7 m.
