German crane rental company Einhäupl Autokran-Service has taken delivery of a Demag AC 250-5 all-terrain crane.
The 250-tonne capacity unit features a 70 m long main boom and is equipped with the IC-1 Plus control system.
"The control system enables us to complete projects with high-accuracy positioning that would normally require a crane from a higher lifting capacity class," explained manager, Daniel Einhäupl.
The Weiden-headquartered crane company has already utilised its AC 250-5 all-terrain model to lift precast concrete components, weighing up to 43 tonnes, for the construction of a reinforced concrete building, covering an area of approximately 17,000 sq m.
