CTS East has purchased a CombiMAX trailer from Faymonville, the first of its kind to be deployed in Africa.
CTS East, which is based in Brakpan, South Africa, has an existing fleet largely made up of Faymonville trailers – including semi-trailers, flatbeds, and modules. Following a visit to South Africa by a member of Faymonville’s instruction team, CTS East made the order of a 3+5 combination which includes an excavator bridge.
With coupling points and various compatible elements, the CombiMAX is a modular kit that offers future expendability.
HLPFI reported in October 2024 that Faymonville had chosen a site for its initial production facility in the USA.
