BAE Systems is bolstering its transport fleet in Florida, USA, with 156 Cometto MSPE axle lines.

These self-propelled units will be used during the construction process of different types of vessels. A BAE Systems team visited the Cometto facility in Cuneo, Italy, for the first acceptance test of the initial batch of modules.

BAE Systems opted for the MSPE Evo3 series, offering 70 tonnes payload per axle line. Five power pack units with a performance of 368 kW each, as well as accessories, complete the package.
