White has assumed full responsibility for the engineering activities within Allelys, joining the company in September after 29 years in the industry. He has previously served as a project engineer, senior engineer through to engineering manager and general manager. He spent much of his career with former UK transport engineering specialist ALE and then more recently at Mammoet.

According to Allelys, he brings a wealth of experience to the business, specifically his knowledge of design and fabrication, the power sector and all associated equipment. Richard Beardmore, chief commercial officer at Allelys, added: “I’ve witnessed first-hand the way that Sandy guides, mentors and supports his team and it’s something that any business would value highly. His experience within the UK transport market is truly unrivalled and we’re looking forward to seeing the impact that his expertise has within the company in the long term.”
