Marc Vollet has become a member of the Geodis management board after being appointed executive vice-president of the company’s European road network line of business.
Boasting more than 28 years’ experience in managing operations and leading global teams at Geodis, Vollet started out with a sequence of operational positions in Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, and France.
Following various roles within Geodis, Vollet most recently – in 2021 – was made responsible for developing the global logistics supplier’s multimodal offer in Europe to fast-track the decarbonisation of transport activities.
Last month, HLPFI reported that Geodis had made two additional changes to its management board.
