V.Group has appointed Bjoern Sprotte as ceo, ship management.
Sprotte succeeds Franck Kayser, who will assume leadership of the group’s activities in Denmark.
Sprotte joins V.Group from OSM Maritime Group, where he held a number of senior roles, including chief operating officer, president and, most recently, ceo. He will be based in Hamburg, Germany, and will report to V.Group ceo, René Kofod-Olsen.
Kofod-Olsen said that Sprotte has extensive experience in the maritime industry and possesses the commercial, technical and operational skills to deliver sustainable benefits to our customers.
