South Africa-headquartered heavy transport and rigging specialist Vanguard has opened a new office in Hong Kong.
The division, operating as Vanguard Pacific Trading, officially opened on July 11 and the team is servicing clients in this new location with immediate effect.
“This office not only provides a base to service our clients within Asia but also supports our international project cargo shipping offering,” explained Laura Hodgkinson, senior manager at Vanguard.
The company, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, now has seven offices across Africa, Europe, and now Asia. “Alongside the new office, we’re also investing heavily in our equipment fleet with a range of new equipment due to arrive in the coming months,” said Hodgkinson.
