Singapore-headquartered heavy lift and engineering transport specialist Tiong Woon has appointed Tan Guan Liang as its chief commercial officer.
Liang will be responsible for the company’s operations, safety, and commercial functions. Most recently, he worked for Shell Singapore in the role of reliability maintenance turnaround (RMTA) lead, Europe and Asia.
He holds a Masters in engineering technology management from the University of South Australia, as well as a BSc in management from the University of London.
