Crane manufacturer Tadano has streamlined its sales and customer service approach in Europe, Africa, Middle East and Russia (EMEAR).
Customers in the EMEAR region will be able to purchase the full spectrum of Tadano and Demag cranes from a single sales contact.
Thomas Schramm is point of sales for both brands in the Benelux countries, Russia, Asia Pacific, Turkey and France.
Klaus Kröppel has responsibility for crane sales in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, the UK, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Italy and the Nordics.
Kenichi Sawada, chief commercial officer for Tadano, said: “As we continue with the Demag integration, Tadano customers will experience a faster and more efficient sales approach for the full range of Tadano and Demag equipment.”
Christian Kassner is now responsible for the newly integrated Tadano and Demag Used Cranes equipment organisation for EMEAR.
Manfred Schlumberger, customer support director, is now heading up the combined organisation’s customer support function. In addition, the service technicians for both brands are currently undergoing training in order to expand the service network and respond to customer requests faster.
