Antwerp-based Edmond Van Dyck & Sons and Aneka have officially merged their operations to create Steelduxx.
The forwarders announced the merger during September 2019, as HLPFI reported here.
It has offices, joint ventures and agents throughout Europe, in Southeast Asia, the Far East, the Middle East, Africa and Brazil.
According to Aneka and Edmond Van Dyck & Sons, the two companies handle approximately 1.2 million tonnes of steel per year. Their activities include import and export services, shipping, forwarding, warehousing, chartering, inland transportation and consultancy. Aneka, meanwhile, offers a full range of project cargo handling services.
