International law firm Watson Farley & Williams (WFW) has confirmed that it advised Italy's Armamento Setramar, part of the Setramar Group, on the sale of its vessel Pietro Benedetti.
The 9,800 dwt multipurpose vessel, designed for the transportation of general and project cargoes, was sold to a Finnish company, said WFW.
The WFW Italy Maritime team advising Armamento Setramar was led by Partner Furio Samela, assisted by senior associate, Michele Autuori. London partner George Macheras advised on the English law aspects of the transaction.
