Kerry Logistics is rebranding its Italian subsidiary Saga Italia to Kerry Project Logistics.
The rebranding process started with the headquarters in Milan and the regional office in Dubai and, by the end of November, all Saga Italia entities will be officially renamed Kerry Project Logistics.
As HLPFI reported here, the acquisition of Saga in June 2018 added the Democratic Republic of Congo, Uganda, and Egypt to Hong Kong-based Kerry Logistics’ network as well as new offices in Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, UAE, Russia, and the USA.
Kerry Logistics’ managing director of Europe, Thomas Blank, said: “Our customers in the region are already benefitting from the synergies created by combining our project logistics expertise and Kerry Logistics’ strong network for road, rail, and multimodal freight services from China to Central Asia and the Europe, the Middle East, and Africa region.”
Managing director of Kerry Project Logistics, Marco Oriolo, added: “Joining the Kerry Logistics network in June was an exciting new chapter in Saga Italia’s history. The rebranding as Kerry Project Logistics is the next logical step necessary to move forward as a strong unified brand and to take advantage of the recognition of being part of the global Kerry Logistics network.”
