Rhenus Logistics will rebrand its acquisitions from Canada, USA and Brazil under its group banner.
Effective this month, Freight Logistics International, Pirâmide SeaAir, and Rodair will operate under Rhenus Logistics brand in the Americas region.
The German logistics group acquired the three companies during 2018 and 2019. They will now operate under the Rhenus logo and identification, replacing their previous company names to reflect the global organisation.
“The seamless transition of our recent acquisitions for the Americas has been fully integrated into our global network and will enable us to continue creating innovative solutions for our existing and future customers within the region,” said Jörn Schmersahl, ceo of Rhenus Air and Ocean Americas.
In December 2020, Rhenus expanded its air and ocean division in Latin America with the opening of a branch in Mexico City.
