The parties to the joint venture have long-standing experience in the heavy lift logistics and rental sectors, as well as providing advanced engineering services. Together, the companies said they would offer clients a broader range of services for heavy lift transport, ultimately becoming a one-stop-shop for the sector.

Q3 Group specialises in heavy lift logistics, specialised transport, and lifting solutions, primarily focusing on horizontal and vertical transport in both the onshore and offshore industries. Founded in 1898, heavy lift specialist Autokrane Schares has clients across the chemical industry, steel construction facilities, machine and plant construction, infrastructure and energy production, amongst others.
