Nordic Transport Group (NTG) has acquired 100 percent of the shares in Denmark-headquartered DTK.
Headquartered in Padborg, DTK operates from eight locations across Denmark, with facilities also in Germany, Sweden and the UK, serving a diverse customer base.
NTG will finance the purchase price through existing credit facilities. The transaction is anticipated to close before the end of Q2 2025, with integration finalisation expected by H1 2026.
As part of this consolidation, DTK’s general cargo and warehousing services will cooperate closely with NTG Road, while DTK’s temperature-controlled transportation division will continue independently, supported by NTG.
