Ralf Nicolaisen, who was previously responsible for establishing business for NMF in new markets, will lead the global sales team.
Previously, Ressel ws director of Research & Development at Terex-Demag GmbH, one of the world's largest producers of mobile cranes with capacities ranging from 30 to 3,200 tonnes.
In addition to his role as ceo, he will also devote special attention to the areas of sales, service, engineering and order processing. Curic, who has experience in global production responsibility at companies such as Siemens, Daimlerand Lean Coaching (USA), is responsible for production and supply chain management.
With the new management team, NMF says that it is well-equipped to meet the expanded strategic goals that the company has set for itself for the years to come. In addition to securing its position in the heavy cargo market, plans will primarily focus on an offensive targeting of new markets, new products and new services. With an initial order for a 900-tonne offshore wind power crane in collaboration with the Sietas shipyard, NMF has begun its entry into the offshore market. Furthermore, the company has the clear objective of expanding NMF's position as a quality supplier on the crane market and becoming a benchmark for the production of cranes to industrial standards.
