Terex Cranes has appointed Lee Maynard as global sales director for its tower cranes business unit.
Maynard was previously director of sales, Europe and Russia for mobile cranes at Terex. He also served as general manager for the UK and Ireland; he will continue in this role until a successor is found.
He will be based in the Schaffhausen, Switzerland and will be tasked with indentyfing growth opportunities in the global tower crane market.
Maynard will also take over management duties for the Terex tower cranes sales team in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Russia, North America, East Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
