July 3 - M&M Mobile Crane Hire has replaced its two Terex City cranes with two Terex AC 40/2L all-terrain cranes as part of an on-going investment programme, writes Isabel Freedman.
M&M managing director, Brian Tierney, said they decided to replace both cranes "because of the AC 40/2L's 37 m fully powered boom"; the 40-tonne capacity crane also features a maximum system length of 45.4 m.
Terex Cranes' senior manager in the UK and Ireland, Julia Dyer, added that as well as M&M being customers since 2000, "it has been invited to join, and are involved in, the company's product development programme".
