Chapman Freeborn has appointed Allen Liu as cargo director for North Asia.
Liu has 15 years of experience in aviation. In 2013, he joined Chapman Freeborn as cargo manager before joining AirBridgeCargo (ABC) in 2018. He will be responsible for the expansion of Chapman Freeborn’s presence in Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong and China.
According to Liu: “We can see that North Asia has so much untapped potential and looking to the future when the pandemic is over there will be an increase in opportunities. I will be developing strategic growth plans and putting them in place to support the increasing demand for cargo charters in North Asia. There is potential to really develop the business here.”
Based in Shanghai, China, Liu will work closely with Neil Dursley, chief commercial officer and Reto Hunziker, group cargo director.
