deugro USA has appointed Richard Juergens as vice president projects in North America.
Based in Houston, he will be responsible for the development of deugro’s North American activities. These include projects in the oil and gas, power generation and infrastructure sectors.
Juergens has more than 20 years of experience in the project logistics sector and has been involved in complex projects in the USA, the Middle East, Southern and East Africa, Asia and Oceania.
Most recently, he served as projects manager for deugro Oman. In this role he oversaw the company’s involvement in the Liwa Plastics Industries Complex project, which required the delivery of more than 1 million freight tons from multiple locations to Sohar and Duqm.
