January 4 - GAC has begun 2016 with the appointment of four new managers to the group.
Peter Österman has taken on the role of commercial manager - shipping for Denmark, Finland and Sweden. He is replaced as managing director of GAC Global Hub Services by Ronald Lichtenecker, who relocates to Dubai for the new role.
Henrik Althen takes over Lichtenecker's previous role as managing director of GAC Singapore. Althen is replaced as managing director of GAC Kuwait by Filip Björklund, previously group business controller.
Patrik Halldén, GAC group vice president - human resources, says that the latest appointments reflect the company's policy of exposing its executives to a variety of roles in order to enrich their experience and bring a wealth of operational experience to serve customers around the world.
