Principally focusing on managing complex supply chains across Asia, Australia, and North America, FLS Group has looked to LogiProject to bolster its influence in the European market – namely in Italy. LogiProject is known for its work in sectors such as solar and wind energy, providing end-to-end logistics solutions from transport to installation.

FLS Group has cited the growing engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) sector as one that this business move will hone in on, with support from the FLS Asia network in importing EPC projects.

“By combining our vast network in Asia with LogiProject’s strong European presence, we’re creating a powerful partnership that will greatly enhance our ability to serve clients worldwide,” said Torbjörn Larisch, ceo of FLS Group. Once the acquisition is finalised, LogiProject will open a third office in Milan.

“Teaming up with FLS Group brings new energy to the Italian logistics market,” said William Munzone, ceo of LogiProject. “Their forward-thinking mindset and bold growth plans perfectly match our own goals for expanding in both Italy and Europe.”

Last month, FLS Group entered into a strategic partnership with AC Logistics of the Philippines.
