Entrec Corporation has completed the sale of the majority of its assets in Canada and the USA.
As HLPFI reported here, Canada-headquartered heavy transport and crane services provider Entrec started court-supervised restructuring proceedings earlier this year.
HLPFI readers will recall that Entrec Cranes & Heavy Haul’s US operations – including full service locations in North Dakota, Colorado and Texas – have been acquired by ProLift Rigging Company.
The only remaining operational activities that now need to be completed are the collection of accounts receivables that were excluded from the various sale transactions, the sale of remaining tangible assets, and the wind-up of its estates, said Entrec.
