Kurt K. Larsen has stepped down as chairman of the board of directors at DSV.
At DSV’s extraordinary general meeting, Larsen resigned from his position. He has been with the company since 1989.
Thomas Plenborg, previously deputy chairman, will succeed Larsen as chairman. Jorgen Moller has been elected to replace Plenborg.
The extraordinary general meeting of DSV also approved the change of the company name from DSV to DSV Panalpina. DSV A/S will be used as a secondary company name.
Beat Walti was also elected as a new member of the board.
