​Mr. Kitack Lim handed a comprehensive briefing paper to Mr. Dominguez to assist him in his preparation for the role of Secretary-General.

Arsenio Dominguez Velasco will step up as secretary general of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) on January 1, 2024, for initial term of four years.
