Dimerco Express Group has restructured its executive management board as its ceo, Edward Lin, prepares to retire at the end of October.
Jeffrey Shih, who has been appointed as the company’s chief executive, will lead the board. He will also be responsible for the airfreight division on the board for Southeast Asia, Australia, USA, Canada and Europe. Herbert Liou will represent the ocean freight division for the same region.
President of Dimerco Express, George Chiou, will represent the airfreight division for China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and North East Asia. Johnny Kao will be responsible the ocean freight division in that region.
Dimerco’s managing director Wendy Chien will sit on the board as a representative for the contract logistics division.
