Jean-Benoît Devauges has joined the Geodis management board after being appointed as group general counsel.
Chaired by Geodis ceo Marie-Christine Lombard, Devauges will be a member of the global logistics provider’s management board. He also becomes a member of the company’s executive board alongside Lombard and David-Olivier Tarac.
Devauges started his career with international arbitration firm Lazareff & Associés before joining Renault’s legal department in 2000 as corporate lawyer. As well as Renault, Devauges has worked for Nissan, with his career taking him to Japan and the USA. Since 2023, he has been general counsel and head of legal affairs, ethics and corporate governance at MEDEF, the French business confederation.
In January 2025, Marc Vollet became a member of the Geodis management board.
