Japan-headquartered heavy lift and transportation specialist Denzai and Algerian heavy lift transport company Megalift have established a joint venture (JV).
Denzai has been looking to break into the African market and has been looking to acquire a partner to form a concrete position in the region ever since setting up its subsidiary, Denzai Algeria.
The plans are to expand not only in Algeria and northern Africa but within the whole continent too. The JV will be called Megalift Denzai Sarl.
