Bruce Cutillo, general manager of the WCA Projects network, will retire at the end of this year.
Cutillo has overseen the development of WCA Projects for 11 years. He described his time with the network as, “the most enjoyable part of my career in the forwarding industry since beginning in 1981. It has been a privilege working with such highly professional members, many of whom I can count as friends.”
David Yokeum, chairman WCAworld, and Dan March, ceo at WCAworld, described Cutillo’s tenure as one of steady improvements in member quality, network management, and popular annual conferences. WCA Projects now boasts more than 400 member offices worldwide and is a trusted name in the project logistics industry.
Erwin van der Genugten, based in Amsterdam, will become the new general manager from January 2025. He is well-known within the network already, having collaborated with Cutillo at the network’s conferences since 2015.
The network’s members published a video sharing their thoughts on his retirement from the business, championing the legacy he leaves behind at WCA Projects.
