Effective January 1, 2019, Holger Strack, former co-ceo, will step up as ceo of Zeaborn Ship Management, following Nils Aden's decision to leave the company in the new year.
Since combining the activities of Rickmers Shipmanagement and E.R. Schiffahrt into Zeaborn Ship Management in August 2018, as HLPFI reported here, Strack and Aden have worked together to lead the integration process at the company’s headquarters in Hamburg.
As ceo, Strack will continue to steer Zeaborn Ship Management together with his colleagues Michael Brandhoff, chief operation office, and Erik Kruse, chief financial officer.
Effective May 2019, managing director of business development, key account management and strategic purchasing, Isabelle Rickmers, will also leave the company.
