Ceva Logistics has expanded its presence in Latin America by opening offices in Ecuador and Uruguay.
Previously, the company has been active in the region through partnerships but has now decided to open its own offices to offer customers with its full range of multimodal services.
In Ecuador, the headquarters are in Guayaquil, while the company’s multimodal operations have been established in Quito.
Ceva said that its teams in the country will serve clients in the perishables, consumer and oil and gas sectors.
Sebastian Enriquez has been named station manager Ecuador and will report to managing director of Colombia and Ecuador, Mauricio Galindo.
With a head office in Montevideo, Ceva’s operations in Uruguay will focus on agriculture and livestock farming, as well as exports. The team will also target key markets including the technological, industrial and healthcare sectors.
Michelle Nobile has been appointed station manager Uruguay and will report to the managing director of Argentina and Uruguay, Juan Blanco.
