Slovenia-headquartered Centralog is launching its project division as a separate company named Centralog Logistics as it differentiates between the agency business and the logistics arm of the organisation.
Centralog Logistics will leverage the extensive experience and know-how accumulated by the Centralog team, which has handled a diverse range of project shipments including gas turbines, wind tower sections and blades, heat exchangers, reactors and various industrial equipment.
The company explained: “With the evolving dynamics of the logistics industry, it became apparent that a dedicated focus on project cargo logistics was necessary to better serve clients and capitalise on market opportunities.
“By prioritising local expertise and global reach, the company aims to establish lasting partnerships built on trust and reliability. This customer-centric approach sets Centralog Logistics apart from competitors, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of projects across borders.”
As part of the transition, all employees from the project division will be transferred to Centralog Logistics. Ugljesa Stojakovic has also been appointed as a board member, responsible for sales and operations. Centralog Logistics will focus on the Southeast Europe region, particularly Croatia during 2024, and other ex-Yugoslav countries by 2025.
