UK-based port agency, logistics and marine services group Casper Shipping will acquire HC Shipping & Chartering.
HC Shipping & Chartering will continue to act as an independent shipbroker, led by its founders Mark Collin and Mark Harrison, who both have extensive experience in the European and Mediterranean short-sea shipping sector.
“We are delighted that the entire team at HC Shipping & Chartering will join the Casper Shipping Group of Companies as we move towards our 150 year anniversary,” said Michael Shakesheff, managing director at Casper Shipping.
