Cadeler – formerly Swire Blue Ocean – has appointed its board of directors.
Richard Sell, commercial director for Swire Pacific Offshore, has been named chairman of the board. He has held various leadership roles in the Swire group across several countries and divisions, including ten years with Cathay Pacific Airways.
Roy Shearer has been appointed as a director. He has been Swire Pacific Offshore’s finance director since 2018 and previously worked as chief financial officer at Swire Oilfield Services.
Connie Hedegaard will step up as director, chair of nomination committee; Jesper Lok as director, chair of remuneration committee; and Ditlev Wedell-Wedellsborg as director, chair of audit committee.
Completing the board is Andreas Beroutsos, who has extensive experience with private and public company boards.
