Boskalis has completed the acquisition of Smit Lamnalco.
Boskalis has been 50 percent shareholder in Smit Lamnalco since 1963. Through this transaction, it acquires all remaining shares.
Smit Lamnalco offers terminal and towage services. In 2023 it reported annual revenue of approximately USD275 million and an EBITDA of USD100 million.
