The British International Freight Association (BIFA) has appointed Liz Sumner as trainer – freight and Customs procedures.
Sumner, who joins BIFA from DSV Air and Sea, will be based in the Midlands and has over 30 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics.
According to BIFA, there has been an increasing demand for its freight and Customs training courses and, with the appointment of Sumner, the association now has representation in Manchester, Birmingham and Feltham. This enables BIFA to host more training days for its members from 2020, said Carl Hobbis, training development manager.
