October 31 - In the USA, Bay Crane has made some significant additions to its fleet, improving and expanding the existing equipment.
Seven new Liebherr all terrain cranes from 100 to 400 tonne capacity have been added and constitute significant modernisation and expansion of all terrain cranes, says the company.
Highlighted by a new LTM 1350.6 and four additional LTM 1220.5s, these additions enhance the company's all terrain crane fleet.
Additional orders have been placed and deliveries have already commenced from Tadano America Corp. for six new 100 tonne GR 1000 XL rough terrain cranes; six new 50 tonne GR 500 XL rough terrain cranes; as well as three new GS 300 XL truck cranes.
Bay Crane says that the significant investment helps offer a broad customer base both the latest in equipment and most modern technology.
"We have made significant penetration into the Northeast US with our strong fleet of 15 to 80 tonne Tadano Rough Terrain Cranes; We have been fortunate to see tremendous market acceptance of the Tadano cranes by both customers but especially local crane operators and equipment superintendants, The addition of six additional 100 tonne capacity rough terrain cranes will add tremendous depth to our strong Northeast lineup" says Josh Wilbur manager of Bay Crane Northeast Operations.
