AxiomDWFM has swooped in to buy collapsed UK law firm Ince & Co.
Ince & Co. entered into administration during April, when a major creditor confirmed that it would no longer support the business, as HLPFI reported here. The company’s audit for financial year ending March 31, 2022 remained incomplete and the patience of backers ultimately ran out.
Ince & Co. will be a separate operating entity of AxiomDWFM and will be managed independently as a separately branded legal services business.
