Aprojects has agreed to acquire German transport company Futuretrans Logistik, effective January 1,2025.
The company is building its presence in the German market, having acquired Trans-Trading in September 2021. This latest deal expand the Aprojects fleet with 20 trucks, 24 trailers, and 16,000 sq m of parking space in Döbeln.
“The acquisition of Futuretrans provides both companies with a great opportunity,” said Thorsten Reinke, managing director of Aprojects Germany. “At Aprojects, we have an extensive global network in which we can optimally deploy Futuretrans’ fleet for European road transport. A true win-win situation.”
