Ambercor appoints Smith as project manager

North American project freight forwarder Ambercor Shipping has appointed Martin Smith as its project manager.

Smith will oversee Ambercor Shipping’s recently opened Chicago, Illinois office and is responsible for business development in the Midwest region.

Smith has more than 20 years of experience in international project logistics operations across oil and gas, power generation and industrial plant relocation. He will report into Marcel Hafemann, vice president at Ambercor Shipping USA.
