Bolloré Transport & Logistics named Ahmat Abdelkerim as managing director of its Horn of Africa cluster.

Abdelkerim stepped up to the role in July 2021. He will be managing the business activities in three countries: Djibouti, Eritrea and Ethiopia. 

He has served in several managerial roles during his 20-year career at Bolloré Transport & Logistics. He was promoted to managing director of the company’s activities in Chad during 2016.


Abdelkerim succeeds Patrick Gerenthon, who has moved on to another role within the group.
